The main focus of my research is on Emerging Markets Finance. I specifically study the effects of stock market liberalization policies on the economic and financial behaviors of emerging markets (Financial Liberalization, Market Efficiency, Stock Market Volatility, GARCH models, Transmission of Volatility, Equity Risk Premium). Currently, my research interests also include corporate governance, stock market co-movements, investor behaviors, and energy economics and policy.
